Terms of use
01Purpose
These terms govern the use of GO4TEACH, a lesson preparation service published by FNT TECH SARL, Bonapriso, Carrefour Hydrocarbure, Douala, Cameroon. GO4TEACH is available on its website and in the GO4SCHOOL application.
Creating an account means accepting these terms.
02Who may sign up
GO4TEACH is meant for teachers, working or in training, and for people who prepare teaching. The account is personal: it is not shared.
03What the service does
GO4TEACH helps prepare lesson plans, exercises, tests with answer key, revision and remediation sheets and schemes of work, from the chosen class's curriculum and the documents the teacher brings. It files these documents and lets the teacher change, export and share them.
Every day, 3 artificial intelligence actions are free; beyond, they are paid in AI tokens under the terms of sale.
04What the service does not do
The texts produced by artificial intelligence are proposals. They may contain errors: each section is marked « to review » until the teacher has reviewed it, and the teacher remains solely responsible for what they teach and hand out.
GO4TEACH does not mark students and replaces neither the official curriculum nor the school's instructions.
05The teacher's contents
The teacher remains the owner of what they write and import. They guarantee they have the right to use the documents they import (their own document, an official text or an authorised extract); a whole textbook is not an extract.
A copy of someone else's content always keeps its original author, its date, its history and its reuse rights, and may be passed on only if those rights allow it.
06Publishing and sharing
Nothing is published without validation: a publication in the GO4TEACH community is examined by the GO4 moderation team. A refusal gives its reason and leaves the document intact.
By publishing, the teacher grants FNT TECH SARL the right to distribute the content within the suite's services, under their name and with the reuse rights they chose. No remuneration is due under these terms.
07The school and the attachment
Declaring a school gives access to none of its data. Only its direction can recognise a teacher; it can end the attachment. The teacher's personal documents remain theirs.
The attachment never gives access to students' marks or files. What the school shares in its library never leaves the school.
08Personal data
Data are processed only to provide the service. The artificial intelligence is instructed never to carry a student's name read in an imported document; the teacher reviews what it produces.
The cities the teacher teaches in are used only to show them the GO4SCHOOL schools of those cities and to tell them when one of them joins GO4SCHOOL. Their address tells their country, the one of their official curricula; it is not used for these announcements and is shown neither to schools nor to other teachers.
Requests for access, correction and deletion are handled under the GO4SCHOOL privacy policy, which is an integral part of these terms.
09Expected conduct
The teacher refrains from publishing or sharing any unlawful content, content infringing others' rights, or content holding students' personal data. Comments between colleagues stay professional.
10Suspension and termination
FNT TECH SARL may suspend an account in the event of a serious breach of these terms, after informing the user where possible. The user may ask for the deletion of their account at any time.
11Availability
The service is provided as is, with an obligation of means. Interruptions may occur for maintenance or for external causes, notably network or artificial intelligence providers.
12Changes to the terms
These terms may change. The user is informed of any significant change before it takes effect.
13Governing law
These terms are governed by Cameroonian law. The competent courts are those of Douala, subject to mandatory provisions applicable to consumers.
